The VP plans, organizes and directs diversified, multidisciplinary behavioral health programs.
The VP provides guidance concerning the day-to-day delivery of established program processes to ensure smooth operation.This position can be based in any of the 13 counties in the Highland Rivers catchment area.Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Employee will provide operational oversight for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Intensive Case Management (ICM), Community Support Team (CST), and other assigned programs and staff.
Employee will motivate and lead a high-performance team.
These will be data driven.
Employee will monitor, assess, and evaluate programs to determine compliance and progress in meeting established goals and clinical and financial targets.
Employee will ensure program adherence to fidelity model programs (e.g., ACT, CST, etc.).
Employee will put corrective actions into place for deficient areas.
Employee will participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of programs as it relates to system improvement.
Employee will meet with supervisory clinical staff to direct and review work in collaboration with other clinical program managers or directors.
Employee will participate on other teams and task forces as assigned.
