Description :
- Execution of the Planned and Preventive Electrical / Maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for Installing, Testing, Maintaining and Troubleshooting wiring, fixtures, control devices, and equipment.
- Responsible for Troubleshooting Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Pneumatic Systems, Motor Controls, AC / DC Drives, and Medium Voltage Switch Gears.
- Be able to read and interpret Equipment drawings, PIDs, One Line Diagrams, and Schematics.
- Effectively Diagnose and Repair Malfunctioning Systems and Components.
- Improve equipment Reliability and Optimize Resources.
- Maintain logs, and record labor, materials and equipment used.
- Proficient use of Electrical Test Equipment such as Digital Multimeters, Ammeters, Meggers, and Instrument Loop Calibrators.
- Ability to install and setup Variable Frequency Drives.
- Participate in Breakdown Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Focused Improvement, and 5S projects.
- Ensure all workers adhere to Local, State, and National Codes and Regulations.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
