Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols. As an Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment used for digging, building, and transporting materials.
Duties
- Operate heavy machinery including Caterpillar equipment, loaders, dump trucks, concrete mixers, tankers, and bulldozers.
- Perform tasks related to the construction site such as digging trenches, moving earth, and transporting materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to execute construction projects efficiently and safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in building structures as required by project specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating heavy machinery such as loaders, dump trucks, concrete mixers, and bulldozers.
- Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other team members and supervisors.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass any required background checks or certifications.

Pay: $55.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
