Are you detail-oriented and organized? Our childcare center is seeking a CACFP Paperwork Coordinator to manage and maintain compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

Responsibilities:

  • Complete and maintain CACFP paperwork accurately and on time
  • Track meal counts, attendance, and menu records
  • Ensure compliance with CACFP guidelines and regulations
  • Assist with meal planning in accordance with CACFP requirements
  • Prepare for audits and inspections related to CACFP
  • Communicate with staff to ensure proper documentation

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CACFP paperwork preferred (but not required-we will train the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow state/federal regulations
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
