Are you detail-oriented and organized? Our childcare center is seeking a CACFP Paperwork Coordinator to manage and maintain compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
Responsibilities:
- Complete and maintain CACFP paperwork accurately and on time
- Track meal counts, attendance, and menu records
- Ensure compliance with CACFP guidelines and regulations
- Assist with meal planning in accordance with CACFP requirements
- Prepare for audits and inspections related to CACFP
- Communicate with staff to ensure proper documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience with CACFP paperwork preferred (but not required-we will train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow state/federal regulations
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
