Residential Coordinator
The purpose of this position is to work collaboratively as part of the Developmental Services Team at Highlands Community Services (HCS) in planning and providing required services to the target population while also aiding in the achievement of the Department/Agency’s goals and objectives. Residential Coordinators serve as the primary coordinator of support to Sponsor Home providers through the provision of regular contact and oversight. This position facilitates and safeguards regulatory compliance as well as ensuring effective clinical services are provided to consumers.
Position Specifics
Location: Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Non-exempt, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $19.50 – Commensurate with education/experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related fields.
Experience: Three (3) years clinical experience.
