Innkeeper

Job Title: Innkeeper for Highlands Ranch Resort (HRR) and The Village at Highland Ranch

Duties:

· Front desk organization and greeting all guest reservations for HRR, The Village at Highlands, RV and camping.

· Manage Check-ins and Checkouts

· Manage all reservations/cancellations/refunds

· Manage Self-check in set up (daily if needed)

· Manage all additional cottage charges to reservations daily

· Phones – First point of contact for HRR & frequent VM check

· Emails – manage all guest communication and respond to inquiries

· Collaborate and communicate with HRR Event planner

· Manage and monitor accommodations for large events such as weddings and block dates to secure proper guest allocation

· Forward large party and event request for the restaurant to HRR Chef and Front of House

· Manage Gift certificates

· Vendor communication and ordering housekeeping supplies

· Manage guests needs, special requests, housekeeping requests, etc.

· Knowledge of both reservation software (Think Reservations and Resnexus)

· Communicate with maintenance for safety, cleanliness and daily routine

· Manage rates and room blocks

· Troubleshooting onsite issues i.e. Internet, phones etc.

· Manage all necessary marketing material and collaborate with HRR marketing manager.

· Train new employees on proper procedures and protocols

· Collaborate with laundry departments needs and special requests

· Provide weekly & daily Housekeeping Report to Housekeeping

· Assist housekeeping with any needs or requests

· Responsible for daily room inspections

· Oversee Lodging Maintenance daily to ensure proper and safe upkeep of HRR Property

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.36 - $26.92 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
