Our Team
As part of a small but mighty team, we are responsible for delivering best in class, digital experiences through our websites – this is a backend operations role (HTML experience desired, SQL experience is a bonus). We drive demand generation, engagement & growth across the entire portfolio. You will manage scalable operations that bring our marketing programs & content strategies to life. Additionally, you will support execution and growth through delivery of website analytics and actionable insights.

Your Role
HVG is seeking a driven Operations Specialist with a desire to build a technical career as you focus to help build the next great company. If you have a passion for cross-functional collaboration, website optimization, and analytics, this role is for you.
You excel at navigating cross-functional teams and have a commitment to learning your craft. You are passionate about website creation, troubleshooting, optimization and reporting. You are a problem-solver, a collaborator, an idea generator and really want to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences. As an important member of our team, you’ll play a key role in helping HVG to create an exceptional operations engine that fuels customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Roadmap
- Manage the marketing operations roadmap, encompassing website analytics, optimization, feature prioritization, GoDaddy management, Yardi/website troubleshooting, and SEO.
- Help establish goals and action plans to continuously improve website quality, standardization, and feature development.
Website Tracking & Reporting
- Planning and execution of small to mid-sized projects (e.g., feature updates) by identifying key milestones, developing execution plans, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver clear, transparent communications on project status and requirements.
Qualifications (this is an early/start of career role):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, project management, product management, or related roles.
- 1 year of experience in backend technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of SQL preferred but not required
