The Role
As our Director of Nursing, you’ll be the heart of our clinical operations. You’ll guide, support, and empower our incredible team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver the kind of care that feels like home. With your leadership, we’ll continue to provide residents with exceptional, person-centered care while fostering a positive workplace culture our team loves to be a part of.
What You’ll Be Doing
Team Builder & Mentor:
Lead, inspire, and support nursing staff through hands-on leadership, coaching, and collaboration. Help every team member reach their potential.
Quality Care Champion:
Develop and implement policies that ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality nursing care that meets—and exceeds—state and federal regulations.
Resident Care Advocate:
Ensure every resident receives personalized, dignified care through regular assessments and thoughtful care planning.
Operations Pro:
Oversee daily clinical operations, manage budgets, and ensure resources are used wisely and efficiently.
Problem Solver:
Address concerns with professionalism and compassion—resolving issues and elevating the standard of care every step of the way.
Compliance Guru:
Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure our facility is always ready for audits, surveys, and inspections.
Collaborator Extraordinaire:
Work cross-departmentally to ensure continuity of care and a unified resident experience.

Qualifications
Active RN License in the state of Illinois (required)
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of long-term care regulations and compliance
Strong computer skills, including EHR systems and Microsoft Office
Calm under pressure, highly organized, and people-focused
