Overview Highlight is seeking a Washington, DC-based Technical Lead/Solutions Architect to support our General Services Administration (GSA) Contract Team. This role will provide technical leadership in cloud architecture, software development, and DevOps. The Technical Lead/Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and enhancing cloud-based systems, ensuring seamless DevOps integration, and leading teams developing solutions aligned with the federal award environment. Responsibilities AWS Certified Architect Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (preferred). 10 years of experience developing software using microservices and Java technologies. 5 years of experience developing technical architecture. 5 years of experience designing and developing software in AWS. 5 years of experience in developing and deploying microservices. 3 years of experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Docker/Kubernetes, SonarQube, and JMeter. Demonstrated experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Adaptable Software Design to deliver Agile solutions. Knowledge of SAM.gov or FPDS.gov technical environments. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field. 5 years of experience designing and developing MicroStrategy applications. 5 years of experience with SQL coding and optimization. 3 years of experience in MicroStrategy server configuration, performance tuning, and customization. 3 years of experience in Agile software development 3 years of experience implementing tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Docker/Kubernetes, and JMeter. 2 years of experience leading MicroStrategy development Experience mentoring junior BI developers. Demonstrated experience impliementing MicroStrategy SDK Expering using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Adaptable Software Design to deliver Agile solutions.
