RN or NP Aesthetic Injector

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse Injector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetic medicine and a dedication to providing exceptional care to patients seeking non-surgical cosmetic treatments. As an RN Injector at Highline Aesthetics, you will be responsible for administering treatments such as dermal fillers, neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), PRP, and other advanced injectables under the direction of our Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), PRP, Sculptra, Dilute Radiesse, and others with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess individual needs, create treatment plans, and set realistic goals in alignment with Highline’s approach.
• Educate patients on post-care procedures and treatment expectations.
• Monitor patient outcomes and maintain detailed records of treatments, progress, and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in aesthetic medicine to offer cutting-edge treatments and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, medical, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance patient experience and deliver excellent results.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring client satisfaction at every step of the process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in [State] is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, or dermatology preferred.
• Proficient in injectable treatments such as Botox, fillers, and PRP. Experience with exosomes and NAD therapies is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of precision in technique and patient care.
• Ability to maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor while ensuring patient comfort and confidence.
• Enthusiastic about learning and staying current with new techniques and aesthetic advancements.

Pay: $20.00 - $80.00 per hour
