Along with service duties, the Aesthetic Injector will assist in development and growth of spa sales by ensuring their personal schedule meets utilizations requirements, meeting/exceeding memberships sold goals, and maximizing individual ticket and retail sales. To ensure these numbers are reached, the Wellness Injector will be required to make phone calls, text messages, and do other marketing events and/or outreach designated by the Spa Manager. The Wellness Injector will also be held accountable for their individual revenue goal set in place by management every month. Along with the goals, all staff, including the injector, will be expected to meet and exceed the professional standards and values set forth by VIO as a company and as a spa itself. Positive culture and feedback are welcomed and encouraged.
The Position
Summary: To provide aesthetic and wellness non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments, as well as treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, dermaroller, mesotherapy, lip enhancement, buttocks enhancement, cryolipolysis and other fat reduction treatments, chemical peels and microdermabrasion, etc. Wellness treatments may include semaglutide/tirzepatide evaluation and administration, IM injections, IV treatments, BHRT, etc.
