We are searching for a Vice President of Business Development and Outdoor & Sporting Goods to drive strategy, partnerships, and drive sales across specialty outdoor retailers, sporting goods brands, and wholesale distribution channels.
This role is ideal for a sales and business development executive with deep experience in outdoor industry brands, active lifestyle retail, and premium product sales. The right candidate will leverage key account management and wholesale distribution expertise to scale the brand across new retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth in Key Retailers: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our brand presence in outdoor industry retailers, sporting goods brands, and specialty retail channels. Leverage key account management, wholesale distribution, and strategic partnerships to drive growth in outdoor and active lifestyle markets.
- Lead & Innovate: Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and develop tailored go to market strategies for sustained success.
- Own Your Success: Take responsibility for revenue generation and brand expansion in high potential retail and distribution segments.
- Collaborate & Inspire: Work alongside a team of driven, passionate professionals committed to growing the brand within key industry segments.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in business development in outdoor, sporting goods, or active lifestyle industries.
- Deep understanding of Premium Product positioning and specialty retail sales strategies.
- Strong experience developing and managing key accounts and distributors in the specialty outdoor and sporting goods channel.
- Exceptional relationship building and leadership skills.
- Passion and an authentic connection to the industry and its unique product category ecosystems.
