Mount View Elementary is seeking an Office Manager - Elementary to join their team beginning June 30th. We are a proud bilingual school and bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply! Note: Candidate will work June 30th and July 1st for training purposes followed by time off until returning to work July 29th, per the Office Manager summer work calendar.
SUMMARY: The job of Office Manager at the Elementary School is done for the purpose of providing administrative and secretarial support to assigned school site administrator. The office manager monitors assigned activities, provides general clerical support and provides information, recommendations and/or direction as requested by assigned administrator.
