Highline Residential, one of the fastest growing brokerages in NYC, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our team.
As a Team Lead at Highline, you will be responsible for managing a team of real estate professionals and providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. You will work closely with our agents to help them develop their skills, grow their business, and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Foster a positive and productive team culture
- Develop and implement strategies to help team members achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other team leads and management to drive business growth
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in the real estate industry
Qualifications:
- Active New York State Real Estate license
- Proven experience managing a team of real estate professionals
