ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function.
As a Machine Operator I, your primary responsibility will be to operate various machines in development to become a Machine Operator II.

Operate assigned machinery under direct supervision.

Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process.

Perform basic machine setups and adjustments as instructed.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery is functioning properly.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or notify supervisors.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Record production data and maintain accurate logs.

Complete assigned tasks within given timeframes.

Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Maintain good housekeeping and regularly clean work area, machines, and equipment.

Identify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs or increase productivity without reducing effectiveness.

Maintain an open and candid working relationship with immediate supervisor/manager in discussing matters of importance.
