Our client is a well-established construction cost consulting firm providing cost estimating services for architects and engineers. They specialize in public sector projects, working with federal, state, and local agencies on government buildings, transportation infrastructure, healthcare, and educational facilities
They work on projects in New York, New Jersey and other states and their services also include feasibility studies, master plan estimates, change orders, value engineering as well as cost and bid analyses.
We are looking for an Estimator to join the team in Manhattan, NYC. The right candidate will be someone with extensive experience in federal buildings, state buildings and jails, public use facilities and port authority projects.
The requirements of the role are :
- 3 years of experience in construction cost estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and public sector projects.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Public sector project experience in the states.
