Our client is known as a cost consultancy who also own a family of different construction companies that deliver end-to-end solutions for complex projects nationwide. They cover commercial, institutional, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail and community sectors.
The business was founded in 1988 and since then have grown to have three official offices in the USA, covering national and international projects and have roughly 500 employees.
They are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to join the team in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The right candidate will be able to see a project through inception to completion and evaluate Certificate of Occupancy / Compliance Issues.
The requirements of the role are :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of comparable experience required.
- Capable of working independently and collaborating with other internal departments effectively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with solid listening abilities.
