Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Class B Driver/Warehouse utility worker to join our team at Highliner. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently driving box trucks and tractor trailers throughout the region.
Your duties will also include consolidating and/or picking orders, receiving deliveries, loading and unloading trucks, performing monthly inventory, and maintaining the warehouse. You must have a strong focus on safety, accuracy, quality, and timeliness in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs daily routine safety checks and pre-trip inspections on assigned vehicle
- Safely and efficiently delivers produce to customers in box trucks or tractor trailers
- Ensures all safety measures appropriate for operation of assigned vehicle are consistently and efficiently applied
- Consolidate and/or pick orders for customers
- Double check orders for accuracy
- Receive and check incoming product
- Offload trucks using equipment such as forklift or pallet jack
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
