Responsibilities
- Oversees the compilation of data for all guest activity including the assembly of detailed activity reports needed to analyze guest activity.
- Communicates with other departments regarding detailed guest information and acts as a support liaison for Transportation Service Representatives in the field.
- Oversees the compiling of guest welcome materials and reviews them for accuracy in order to ensure an optimal guest experience.
Requirements

Demonstrates proficiency in the use of basic computer business applications and prior experience in learning and successfully utilizing new software applications.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, employees and management using both verbal and written communication.Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.Benefits
