Job Description
The Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting our teams across six companies. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for:
IT Tasks: Setting up computer systems, providing technical training, maintaining computer inventory logs, procuring new equipment, managing email accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with external IT services.
Data Entry Tasks: Creating job setups, generating invoices, updating change orders and purchase orders, maintaining scorecards.
General Building Management: Coordinating daily activities, performing regular inspections, addressing maintenance, safety, or security concerns, scheduling maintenance services, arranging for repairs and replacements.
Shipping & Receiving Coordination:
- Inspecting and recording received shipments
- Loading and unloading shipments using a forklift
- Handling discrepancies or issues with received goods
- Coordinating with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
Vehicle Management: Maintaining fleet tracking records, organizing vehicle files, sourcing new vehicles, developing budget controls.
General Office Management: Supervising office supplies, printers, phone systems, maintaining shop, entryways, and receiving areas, conducting site visits at other locations, covering the front desk.
