We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in this unit, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
As a nurse in this role, you will be responsible for performing plan-of-care intervention, documenting patient care given, monitoring and recording patient condition, and collaborating with the care team to coordinate patient care.
