About the Role
You will work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. You will perform patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice in other nursing units as necessary.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- A current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC), required within 12 months of employment.
