What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Care Practitioner (Full-Time) 7p-7a position at Highpoint Health – Trousdale?
The RT examines patients with breathing-related conditions and conducts diagnostic testing. Consults with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient. Performs physiotherapy and other treatments and teaches patients to use medications.
Full-Time, 7p-7a. Certificate or Degree in Respiratory Therapy required. Current TN CRT or RRT licensure with ABG endorsement. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment, ACLS/PALS required within 12 months of employment. Six months to one year experience in Respiratory preferred.
