The Project Manager plays a critical support role within the electrical signage division, contributing to the seamless execution of projects and ensuring the success of cross-functional teams.
This position involves assisting sales representatives with processing and relaying project information, preparing detailed and accurate data for team members, and facilitating clear and consistent communication across departments. A proactive approach to learning about the signage industry is essential to enhance knowledge and improve overall efficiency.
As the Project Manager works closely with Business Developers, Sales Representatives, customers, and production staff, the role requires a driven and motivated individual committed to streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and delivering results by supporting and empowering those around them.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Adopt company values and help establish a healthy culture
- At times apply for and obtain permits in different municipalities
- Process work orders and prepare information for shop and field technicians
- Stay organized and communicate with customers concerning deadlines and project updates
- Coordinate with various vendors to order special materials and set up equipment rentals
- Meet with the Business Developer and production staff regularly to go over projects
- Communicate design and general details with customers & staff when necessary
- Occasionally perform simple field surveys
- Must be able to give and receive constructive feedback
- Routinely check on projects as they pass through the various stages of production and provide updates
- Accomplish various tasks when assigned

- Experience working with projects in various stages of production
- Must know how to read a tape measure
- Must be proficient in:

- Must have:
· Texas Driver’s License w/ no restrictions

· Signage
· Reading Plans

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
