Role Description
Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Global People Operations, this person will perform various
HR functions. This role is responsible for managing employee benefits programs, processing payroll, ensuring
compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment. The ideal
candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of benefits
administration and payroll processing procedures, and a proactive approach to handling employee queries and
HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits programs, including health,
dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. - Act as the point of contact for employees with questions regarding benefits options, claims, and
eligibility. - Assist with open enrollment processes, including communication of benefits options and changes.
- Ensure timely compliance with federal and state benefits regulations (e.g., COBRA, ACA, ERISA).
- Partner with vendors and brokers to manage benefits plans, resolve issues, and keep employees
informed about their options.
- Oversee the enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits programs, including health,
- Payroll Management:
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees globally, ensuring compliance with company
policies and applicable wage laws. - Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system and update payroll data (e.g., tax
withholdings, deductions, bonuses). - Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper reporting and disbursements for taxes,
benefits, and other deductions. - Maintain knowledge of state and federal labor laws to ensure accurate payroll processing and
compliance.

- General HR Support:
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes as needed, including the coordination of interviews
and new hire paperwork. - Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, providing guidance on company policies, and
maintaining a positive work environment. - Assist with HR-related projects, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR laws and regulations (FLSA,
ACA, ERISA, etc.). - Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Office Applications, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
