Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation:
- Drive Orders and Pipeline Development Through Web Leads: Optimize HighResBio.com for conversion, ensuring visitors engage with our content and commercial team.
- Increase Organic Web Sessions: Lead content creation (blogs, case studies, application notes) that balances SEO objectives with educational value for our scientific audience.
- Optimize Paid Search Performance: Manage paid search campaigns to maximize cost-effective, high-intent traffic through data-driven keyword strategies.
- Leverage Email Marketing: Develop compelling newsletters and targeted email campaigns that drive engagement and inbound web sessions.
- Expand Referral Traffic: Partner with automation-friendly device vendors on co-branded marketing initiatives and secure strategic website placements to increase inbound traffic.
- Partner with customers for case studies and webinars to provide a platform for communicating the value of a partnership with HighRes Biosolutions.
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and interactive sales tools that support the commercial team.
- Align marketing efforts with the sales process to ensure smooth lead handoff and high conversion rates.
- Plan and execute promotional strategies for industry events, conferences, and HighRes-hosted user group meetings.
- Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Explore opportunities for webinar hosting, speaking engagements, and thought leadership at industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in life sciences or a related industry.
- Familiarity with drug discovery, genomics, or synthetic biology workflows is a strong plus (hands-on lab experience not required but beneficial).
- Strong understanding of content marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to drive impact.
