Job Summary :
The Medical Education Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire inventory of medical demonstration materials, ensuring optimal stock levels, accuracy, and timely availability of products. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory flow, and maintaining precise inventory records to support business operations. Additionally, the role requires regular reporting on inventory status and proactive problem-solving to address stock discrepancies or shortages. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse, as well as maintaining a high standard of product quality and safety.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels of demonstration materials.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Implement and manage inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with suppliers to create medical models.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock.
- Optimize storage and retrieval systems for maximum efficiency.
