Nature of Work:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the department’s television inventory and execution needs as well as assisting in presentation collateral and inventory management to help the team build, implement and maintain strategic business partnerships that directly impact renewal and revenue goals.
- Works closely with the Activation and Sales Teams on building a positive culture within the department, emphasizing relationships, revenue and rewards with our colleagues, clients and throughout KSE.
Examples of work performed:
- Prepare and manage the elements sheets and logs for Altitude Television broadcasts of Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets and Colorado Mammoth games, ensuring proper entry, timing, and placement of all broadcast materials and elements
- Work with Altitude TV production and department sales team on building creative, graphics and tag lines for all broadcast elements
- Assist in managing television inventory for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Mammoth broadcasts through Wide Orbit and KORE-CRM
- Clip and catalogue highlights of in-game elements for sales collateral and partnership recaps
- Assist in providing end-of-season recap reports for clients
- Track and post the timing of in-game elements to the spot log in WideOrbit and supply proof-of-play reports for invoicing
- Manage all virtual broadcast sponsorship inventory for the department, including but not limited to, the Colorado Avalanche digitally enhanced dasherboards (DED), Colorado Avalanche virtual blue line slot and on-glass dasher signage, and Denver Nuggets virtual on-court signage
- Support the Activation and Sales Teams in assisting with various components of their accounts as needed
- Executes game day responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
Minimum
- One to three years in the sports/entertainment industry, broadcast media trafficking or related fields
- Driver’s License
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business, Sports Marketing and/or Sports Management degree preferred
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must showcase the following: multi-tasking, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, collaboration, ability to prioritize projects, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative to perform tasks completely, effectively, accurately and with a minimal amount of supervision
- Experience in broadcast and television traffic preferred
- Proficiency in WideOrbit Traffic system preferred
- Proficiency in video production and editing strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required
- Proficiency in Sportsdigita & KORE-CRM proficiency required
Compensation
- Base Salary: $18.81/hr. Overtime
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus plan
