Highroad Consulting LTD. is looking for one (1) entry level, preferably in college, part-time Marketing & Customer Service Support Assistant to help with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Assist in the planning and creation of social media content.
- Assist in blog creation and posting blogs to website.
- Conduct basic level SEO research and optimization for website pages and blogs.
- Execution of email and letter marketing campaigns.
Customer Service:
- Work in a team with the Manager Client Services, utilizing our Transportation Management Software (TMS) to trace service performance of clients’ railcar shipments.
- Maintain an Excel database to record a history of private car movements and service issues.
- Provide administrative support to Highroad’s leadership team.
Skills
Special Qualities and Skills Required:
This is a part-time, entry-level position for the right person, or for a college intern majoring in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain, or other related fields.
- Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work and perform in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, SEO, blogging).
- Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, MailChimp, and website editing.
- A creative and energetic person who is adaptable and eager to learn.
- Someone interested in learning about logistics and the rail industry.
