JOB DESCRIPTION:
Trim-A-Seal of Indiana, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our staff. The key responsibilities of this position will include scheduling, lead/customer management, data management, and providing quality/efficient customer service to our clients. The ideal person for this position should be willing to go the extra mile, and be part of a friendly office environment. Computer proficiency is necessary and above average tech skills are a huge plus.

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1-2 years of professional office environment experience
• Can effectively communicate with principals and management of the company
• Well versed in web based and Microsoft applications
• Must possess good customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work efficiently, in an organized fashion
• Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Natural Customer service skills
• Professional demeanor, particularly on the telephone
• Ability to adapt quickly to an ever changing environment
