Financial services firm is seeking a Client Success Manager to focus on Wealth Management Technology projects. Client is located in Downtown St. Petersburg, this role is on-site everyday.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client firms on the implementation, administration, and ongoing adoption of the firm's technology stack, with a focus on wealth management technology platforms and proprietary systems.
- Understand clients' business operations and identify opportunities to drive further adoption through new feature enablement and targeted training.
- Lead and facilitate training and implementation sessions, both independently and in coordination with technology vendors.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, and visual aids to support best practices and operational consistency.
- Organize and lead strategic discussions to explore technology use cases, share best practices, and follow up with actionable outcomes.
- Support partner relationships by coordinating technical assistance, managing user access and permissions, and performing periodic data reviews or updates.
- Work independently and proactively to meet department goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with the internal Product & Engineering team to provide user feedback and prepare for product rollouts.
- Coordinate interdepartmental initiatives with teams such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, Relationship Management, and Marketing to drive internal efficiency.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience administering performance reporting and/or financial planning platforms (e.g., industry-standard tools used by financial advisors and RIAs).
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally within financial services, wealth technology, or fintech environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, with working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Prior experience as a Client Success Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager within a financial services firm is preferred.
