Responsibilities
Client Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and support needs.
Policy Renewal: Manage the renewal process for commercial insurance policies, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy details, adhering to company standards.
Problem Solving: Actively resolve client concerns and issues by liaising with underwriters and other internal partners.
Training and Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to refine skills and bring the best service to clients.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for clients.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a commercial insurance account management role.
Licensing: Current Washington State Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain license required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and internal communications.
Customer Service: A demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and address client needs effectively.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Technology: Proficient in using insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
