Now Hiring: Construction Laborer Foreman in Seven Springs, NC.
We are looking for a dedicated Construction Laborer Foreman to lead and supervise an on-site crew while working under the direction of the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership capabilities, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. This is a critical role for ensuring the success of each project while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and direct a crew of laborers on construction sites.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to project timelines.
- Provide on-site training and mentorship to crew members.
- Oversee safety compliance and enforce site safety standards.
- Communicate regularly with the Site Supervisor regarding project progress.
- Operate and oversee the use of construction equipment as needed.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
- Manage materials and resources to minimize waste and delays.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of construction experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience with forming and pouring concrete pads is preferred.
- Proficient in operating various types of construction equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- MUST have a valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.
- Clean background check and drug screening.
- Availability for overnight travel.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl.
- Willingness to relocate to within 45 minutes of the Seven Springs, NC office.
