We are currently seeking Regional Administrative Assistant in Salisbury, NC.

In this key administrative role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative and customer service functions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to contribute to a growing and successful company. The Regional Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including handling mail, scanning, faxing, and email correspondence.
- Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Perform data entry across multiple databases.
- Run company errands (e.g., post office and other locations, as needed).
- Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations as required.
- Maintain and update multiple tracking spreadsheets for various office functions.
- Ensure office and break room supplies are fully stocked.
- Create and maintain equipment and employee tracking systems to support operations.
- Maintain professionalism in all verbal and written communication with customers and coworkers.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in the Salisbury, NC area (relocation assistance is not provided).
