The Hightstown Housing Authority is a high-performing agency seeking an experienced individual to lead its 100-unit Public Housing facility.
As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing forward-thinking strategies, and working closely with a limited staff. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of progressive multi-family housing experience, a 4-year college degree from an accredited university, and obtain the PHM designation within 18 months. Certification as a CPM from IREM is highly valued.
