Housing Authority Executive Lead

The Hightstown Housing Authority is a high-performing agency that has been transformed and updated under the leadership of the retiring Director. We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director of our 100-unit Public Housing facility.

A forward-thinking individual with resident-focused and fiscally responsible mindset, able to work with a limited staff, is required for this position.

The candidate must have a 4-year college degree from an accredited university, at least 5 years of progressive multi-family housing experience, and obtain the PHM designation within 18 months of employment. Certification from IREM as a CPM is a plus.
