Project Coordinator/Analyst
Supports the project team through the project life cycle from contributing to the planning process, setting KPIS, and analyzing project performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Prepares detailed construction schedules for multiple projects, submittal schedule as required to meet construction schedule and coordinates submissions with subcontractors; assumes overall responsibility for submittals to include checking for accuracy, transmittals to and from subcontractors, superintendents, and maintaining logs; expedites delivery of submittals when necessary to avoid delays in construction; keeps project manager abreast of submissions that will impact schedule. Responsible for supporting accounting department by performing monthly billing and air receipt application and collections process, a/p and credit card data inputting and maintaining process, collaborate with team members in all departmental functions, take a lead role in billing and job estimation process improvements, assist in annual financial audit. Must have a bachelor's degree in business management, financial management or a related field and 2 years experience in project management, business development or related.
