Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
- Oversee corporate accounting tasks, including balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and preparation of journal entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and accounts receivable processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and technical accounting standards.
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks Online for financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring a productive work environment for all employees.
- Provide support to management in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, budgeting, and accounts receivable management.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
