Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Conduct training programs to promote professional development, workplace safety, and compliance.
• Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and leave policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Payroll Administration
• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Manage timekeeping systems and address discrepancies in hours or pay rates.
• Calculate and process payroll adjustments, such as bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and compliance reports (e.g., W-2s, 1099s).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions and issues.
Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and payroll reports for management review.
• Manage audits related to HR or payroll functions.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).
Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Skills
