Work directly on our Insurance program product, running point to develop the full program and offering including our go to market strategy and commercial terms.

Work directly on our Insurance program product, running point to develop the full program and offering including our go to market strategy and commercial terms.
Your Role
- Manage the end-to-end Insurance Program at Highway working closely with the Chief Product Officer.
- Define strategy and execution plan on taking the program to market with key milestones, requirements and deliverables.
- Qualify commercial terms and approach with insurance brokers and relevant partners.
- Be the subject matter expert to relay the value proposition to insurance tech providers or insurance brokerages.
- Create a new insurance product with Highway’s offering that protects brokerages from strategic theft.
- Develop deep product knowledge of Load Lock and Highway’s Carrier Identity solutions.
- Co-sell insurance products to freight brokers alongside strategic partners
- Understand insurance and freight brokerage industries with a knack for building technology and be able to commercialize Highway’s offering.
- Background in insurance, cargo insurance and strategic theft insurance.
- Experienced in creating commercial terms: understands how to create and establish commercial pricing, Go-To-Market readiness and value positioning.
- Excellent communicator, able to connect the dots on Highway’s solution in the market.
- Business driver, focused on execution and delivery based on a timeline and associated milestones.
- Thinks outside of the box, understands how to negotiate complex sales processes, terms and conditions.
