Role Description
Freight brokers put an incredible amount of trust in Highway and that trust will be extended to you. Insurance Program Director will define, execute and manage the insurance program at Highway. Highway is introducing an industry changing insurance policy that protects brokers from fraud. Work directly on our Insurance program product, running point to develop the full program and offering including our go to market strategy and commercial terms.
Your role :
- Manage the end-to-end Insurance Program at Highway working closely with the Chief Product Officer.
- Define strategy and execution plan on taking the program to market with key milestones, requirements and deliverables.
- Qualify commercial terms and approach with insurance brokers and relevant partners.
- Be the subject matter expert to relay the value proposition to insurance tech providers or insurance brokerages.
- Create a new insurance product with Highway’s offering that protects brokerages from strategic theft.
- Develop deep product knowledge of Load Lock and Highway’s Carrier Identity solutions.
- Co-sell insurance products to freight brokers alongside strategic partners
