Role Description
Freight brokers put an incredible amount of trust in Highway and that trust will be extended to you. Highway is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and creative problem solver with experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and performance tracking. You will work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns that generate measurable results.
Your role:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, paid media, and events.
- Plan and manage in-person and virtual events, including logistics, promotions, and speaker coordination.
- Secure speaking opportunities and prepare speakers with key messaging and briefing materials.
- Oversee event communications, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-ups.
- Create event content, including presentations, discussion points, emails, social media posts, and landing pages.
- Lead webinar strategy, managing topics, speakers, and audience engagement.
- Analyze event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Zoom Webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and Monday.
- Ability to problem-solve on the fly and ensure a seamless event experience.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
