How we’ll align:
HIKE2 has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and proactive seller. We are seeking a true hunter - who is energized bringing in new logos. As a Client Partner, you will drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding a $5M quota within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will own strategic executive conversations, shape complex services deals, and build deep relationships across Salesforce partner channels. Your expertise in navigating the Salesforce ecosystem, understanding client needs, and executing a consistent sales process will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Consistently exceed an annual quota of $5M in Salesforce-related services revenue.
Drive pipeline growth through a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including direct sales, partner sales, and strategic alliances.
Own end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and opportunity creation to contract closure and revenue recognition.
Shape and position large-scale transformation deals across industries
Expand relationships within existing accounts and drive net-new client acquisition.
Strategic Executive Engagement
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, Salesforce leaders, and key decision-makers within target accounts.
Engage in executive-level business conversations, aligning Salesforce solutions with client priorities and business outcomes.
Lead strategic account planning and long-term partnership development with Salesforce and industry partners.
Ecosystem & Partner Strategy
Leverage deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, industry trends, and partner channels to drive new business.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce Account Executives, Partner Managers, and Industry Teams to identify joint opportunities.
Navigate complex partner dynamics to position our services as a go-to solution within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Consistent & Scalable Sales Process
Drive a structured, data-driven sales process ensuring repeatability and scalability across deals.
Leverage Salesforce CRM, forecasting tools, and sales methodologies to maintain an accurate pipeline and revenue forecast.
Partner with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and differentiated value propositions.
4 years of experience in enterprise sales, partner sales, or business development within the Salesforce ecosystem.Proven track record of consistently exceeding $5M quotas in Salesforce-related professional services.
Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, partner programs, and sales motions.
Experience structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar services deals.
Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
Strong understanding of AI, data, compliance, and digital transformation trends in the Salesforce space.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience at a Salesforce consulting partner, SI, or advisory firm.
Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds, Agentforce, AI-driven transformation, and Data Cloud.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
The annual OTE range is $250,000-$350,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the HIKE2. total compensation package, which includes the below:
