Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-driven Title Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in titling, data entry, and customer service. The successful candidate will manage vehicle and property title documents, ensure accurate data entry, and provide outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vehicle or property titles and ensure that transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Enter client information and other relevant data into our database with high accuracy and speed.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy; correct any discrepancies and ensure that all documents comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person to answer inquiries and resolve any issues related to titling or documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Provide guidance to clients on the titling process and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, and other departments to ensure seamless processing of titles.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vehicle or real estate titling, data entry, and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to titling.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and capable of learning new software quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field or certification in title processing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working calmly under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
