About the Position
The successful candidate will lead plant-wide audits to uphold quality standards, drive improvements based on findings, and ensure consistency in claims language across Consumer Call Center, QA, and Manufacturing teams. Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product development and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Audits and Drive Improvements: Conduct plant-wide audits, analyze findings, and implement corrective actions to uphold quality standards.
- Enhance Quality Culture: Foster a culture that prioritizes continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality into product development and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in quality roles, including 3 years in a leadership position within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in quality management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
