The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Service Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Kirkwood, MO. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a virtual position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage book of business for medical malpractice insurance.
- Build and maintain strong internal, client, and carrier relationships.
- Accurately and efficiently maintain electronic client account records and electronic file documentation while processing rewrites, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
- Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school degree
- Client service background
- Medical Malpractice background if possible
- AMS/ Imageright background if possible
- Will need to be licensed within 90 days of employment
- Able to multitask
- Able to work independently
- Must be a quick learner
