Job Summary:
Join one of the leading "on-your-site" home builders in Washington and Oregon! As a Home Sales Consultant at HiLine Homes, you will guide potential home buyers through an exciting and transformative journey, helping them design and build their dream homes. From initial consultations to closing, you'll provide exceptional customer service while managing floor plan selection, finish options, financial arrangements, and more.
This role offers a dynamic blend of sales, marketing, and customer interaction in a supportive team environment. No real estate license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct model home tours, providing a welcoming and informative experience for prospective buyers.
- Assist clients with floor plan selection and customizations to meet their unique needs.
- Guide customers through the home-building process, including financial arrangements and closing procedures.
Sales and Marketing:
- Participate in marketing activities, including event promotions and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive follow-up with leads and prospects.
- Represent the HiLine Homes brand professionally in all customer interactions.
Administrative and Support Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project completion.
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven success in commission-based sales, preferably with home sales, construction, or related industries.
- Background in construction or home design is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base plus commission structure for the first 12 months to help new consultants build their sales pipeline.
- Transition to a full commission plan with performance bonuses after the initial period.
- Comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days
- The addendum compensation package provides a base of $3,500 per month plus commission.
- The standard compensation package has no cap and provides a high-income potential based on performance.
- In 2024 our top 5 Home Consultant earned between $92,000 - $154,000.
