POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for a veteran Information Technology Administrator with proven leadership experiences. This role will assist the IT Director to provide technical leadership to manage, mentor, coach, and develop the IT team.
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree (IT related) and 5 years of experience in IT, with 1 years in a leadership role
- Associates Degree (IT related) and 8 Years of on the job Experience in IT, with 1 years in a leadership role
In-depth Knowledge of:
- Power Automate, SQL, PowerBI, SSRS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Networking, servers, and other hardware.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS
This role will be expected to MANAGE:
- Projects for Company automation using Power Products including Power Automate and Power RPA.
- Prepare and present reports for Company Benchmarking using SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and Excel.
- SQL Environment including but not limited to Backups, Log shipping.
- Servers and server OS
- Tier 2 support
- Storage devices and all patches
- TMS upgrades and patches
- VMWare and all patches
Additional duties and expectations will include:
- Evaluate IT operations; oversee, evaluate, procure and implement hardware and software to meet everchanging company needs
- Develop training materials and procedures.
- Train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Comply with, set an example, and support company policies and procedures.
- Report to work consistently as required and complete regular work hours.
- Other Duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE
Hours will generally be M-F, 0800 to 1700, and will include some after-hours, depending on current business needs. This position will require being on-call with a rotating basis including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
