Job Summary
The Service BDC (Business Development Center) plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales within the dealership. This position involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, managing service appointments, and supporting the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong outbound sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding service appointments and promotions.
• Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries related to services offered.
• Manage inventory control by tracking service parts and ensuring availability for timely repairs.
• Engage in retail sales activities, promoting service packages and upselling additional services.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to align service offerings with customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the dealership's database.
• Coordinate Service Loaner Vehicles for service customers.

Experience

• Previous dealership experience in a BDC role is required.
• Experience with outbound sales or retail sales is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
