What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of residential remodeling projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Implement and improve systems for efficiency, from scheduling and material procurement to quality control and safety.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, suppliers, and trade contractors.
- Lead and train your team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe project site that reflects our company values
Who We’re Looking For:
- A seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in residential remodeling or construction.
- Someone who thrives in an organized, process-driven environment but knows how to adapt when challenges arise.
- A clear communicator who respects others and inspires collaboration.
- A detail-oriented leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
- Bonus: PMP certification or relevant qualifications in engineering or building science.
