What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of residential remodeling projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Implement and improve systems for efficiency, from scheduling and material procurement to quality control and safety.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, suppliers, and trade contractors.
• Lead and train your team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe project site that reflects our company values

Who We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in residential remodeling or construction.
• Someone who thrives in an organized, process-driven environment but knows how to adapt when challenges arise.
• A clear communicator who respects others and inspires collaboration.
• A detail-oriented leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
• Bonus: PMP certification or relevant qualifications in engineering or building science.

Pay: $52,029.00 - $80,000.00 per year
